HOW IT WORKS
- You purchase products from our website.
- After 6 months you become eligible to enter any unsold products purchased from us into our Reseller Program.
- While you keep the product/s and continue to try and sell them, we will also attempt to sell the item/s for you via our retail store and via our Dropship partners.
- If you manage to sell an item during that time you keep the funds.
- If we or one of our Dropship partners manage to sell it for you, we will retain 15% commission for the sale.
- You will be required to provide a discount code for 15% to be applied to any orders replicated on your website.
- You will be provided with the customer information in order to post the item directly to the buyer. Shipping costs will be accounted for in the price.
- You must dispatch the order within 24-48 hours.
- The tracking information is supplied to us, which we will email to the buyer.
- If the customer is unsatisfied or has any issues we will liaise with you and coordinate with the customer to return the item to you.
- To be eligible for this Resell scheme you must provide proof of purchase or order number.
- You must be able to show evidence of attempting to sell the item/s during the past 6 month period from date of purchase.
- You must be able to provide a copy of your website receipts, marketing and advertising campaign receipts and social media activity will be requested.
- If you purchase products and then decide you don't want to be in business you are not eligible for this scheme.
- We will request photos of the items entering the Resell scheme to ensure the item is in excellent condition.
- You are also required to inspect the item for any faults/issues prior to dispatch.
Once you're approved for the program we will upload the products you want us to sell to our retail website and make them available for sale to our Dropship partners. You need to keep us updated of your stock movement as soon as possible and we'll take care of the rest, and we're here to help every step of the way.
