DNU - Reseller Returns

RETURNS PROCESS

In the event your customer is not 100% satisfied with their purchase, they may return goods for an exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving their order. 

Customers are responsible for the shipping fees associated with returned items and exchange orders delivered to their nominated address.

Returned items must be new, unused, undamaged and tag must be in place.

*** IMPORTANT *** 

Any items returned with offensive body odour, perfume/deodorant, hair, pet hair or stains will be returned to your customer at their expense. No refund, exchange or credit will be issued for their order.

** DO NOT ** refund your customer until we have approved and accepted the return. Should you process a refund prior to our approval and the return is rejected, you may lose your money. We will post the item/s to you at your expense.

Please email reseller@wholesalefashion.com.au with your customer's full name, phone number, order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with the information you need to give to your customer to return their item/s.

Processing Time
All returns are processed within 7 days from the date the item is received.

Proof of Return
Once the customer has posted the item/s we require them to provide proof of return and a tracking number, please request this information from them and email it to reseller@wholesalefashion.com.au.
