All orders are shipped within 24-48 hours, not including weekends, public holidays or Pre-Order items. 

Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email notification with tracking details and a link to follow up on your delivery.

Due to COVID-19, delivery to some destinations have been suspended and may be delayed due to border closures and/or extreme weather conditions.

Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. If the wrong address has been entered, Fashion Hub Australia is not obligated to re-send your order to the right address at our expense.

If your parcel is returned to us undelivered, we will notify you and process a refund, deducting the shipping costs and any other costs incurred to regain possession of the parcel. 


If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please email us at orders@wholesalefashion.com.au with your order number and we will raise an investigation and/or claim with Australia Post which can take up to 4 weeks to confirm and process the claim. If you received your goods damaged please include photos in your email to support your claim.


In accordance with Australian export regulations Fashion Hub Australia is required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable “merchandise”. We are also prohibited by law from identifying an order as a “gift” for export purposes, even if a customer has placed the order with the intention of delivery to a gift recipient.

All international purchases are exempt from Australian GST (10%); however, they do not include any taxes or duties that may be applied by customs at the destination country and any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the delivery recipient.
