In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return goods for an exchange or credit within 7 days of receiving your order. Credits are valid for 12 months and will be issued less the shipping fees. 

Customers are responsible for the shipping fees associated with returned items and exchange orders delivered to your nominated address.

Returned items must be new, unused, undamaged and tag must be in place.

In the event any items are faulty or damaged, claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order and must adhere to our Faulty Items Policy. 

Faulty Items Policy

Minor Faults: items that have minor faults, such that does not take away from the main purpose of the item, may be returned for repair, exchange or credit only.

Major Faults: items that have major faults, such that does take away from the main purpose of the item, may be returned for a refund, exchange or credit.

We strongly recommend you go over each garment thoroughly once you receive your order. Pay close attention to seams, sewing lines, belts, buttons, appliques. Ensure you inspect the front and back, inside and out of each garment to ensure there is no major damage. Claims will not be accepted after 7 days.

If you would like to report a major fault please submit your claim online. Please do not return any items without an authorisation number and return label.

If you require assistance or advice on how to deal with any minor faults please reach out at returns@wholesalefashion.com.au and we'll be happy to help or guide you. Please include your full name, order number, a description of the fault and photographs of the issue.



Returned faulty items undergo a professional assessment and Wholesale Fashion Australia reserves the right to reject your claim if we deem the fault was caused by misuse or purposeful damage to the item.

We will provide you with an authorisation number for your return along with a return label, please do not send any goods without this information.

Processing Time
All returns are processed within 7 days from the date the item is received.

Proof of Return
Once you have posted the item/s to us we require you to provide proof of your return and a tracking number to returns@wholesalefashion.com.au.
