SHIPPING POLICY

Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. If the wrong address has been entered, Wholesale Fashion Australia is not obligated to re-send your order to the right address at our expense.

If your parcel is returned to us undelivered, we will notify you and arrange to have the parcel redelivered at your expense. The invoice will include any fees associated with regaining possession of your parcel. 

LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please email us at orders@wholesalefashion.com.au with your order number and we will raise an investigation and/or claim with the shipping carrier. This can take up to 4 weeks to confirm and process a claim. If you received your goods with damaged packaging please include photos in your email to support your claim.

DUTIES AND TAXES

In accordance with Australian export regulations Wholesale Fashion Australia is required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable “merchandise”. We are also prohibited by law from identifying an order as a “gift” for export purposes, even if a customer has placed the order with the intention of delivery to a gift recipient.

All international purchases are exempt from Australian GST (10%); however, they do not include any taxes or duties that may be applied by customs at the destination country and any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the delivery recipient.
