Shipping within Australia and Internationally is automatically calculated according to weight and destination, please use our shipping calculator on the shopping cart page to work out shipping prices.

Important Note: All Express Post parcels within Australia take an extra 1-2 days due to our regional location in Northern QLD and up to 7 days to WA and other regional locations.

If you order before 3pm AEST weekdays your order will be dispatched the same business day, on weekends the next business day. Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email notification with your tracking number and a link within the email to track your parcel.

In the event an item is not in stock or on back order at the time you make your purchase we will contact you ASAP to notify you and give you the option for a refund or to wait for the item to arrive in store.

We also offer a free click & collect service from either our Proserpine or Airlie Beach stores in the Whitsundays, simply choose your preferred store during checkout.
