Our garments are all assessed and re-sized to Australian sizes to make your shopping experience easier and hassle free, however if you would like assistance in choosing the right size or would like more information about fabric and fit please don't hesitate to reach out to us via phone, email or chat 7 days a week.
We ship world wide. All orders are shipped within 24 hours, not including weekends, public holidays or Pre-Order items.
Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email notification with tracking details and a link to follow up on your delivery.

SHIPPING POLICY
Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. If the wrong address has been entered, Daring Diva is not obligated to re-send your order to the right address at our expense.
If your parcel is returned to us undelivered, we will notify you and process a refund, deducting the shipping costs and any other costs incurred to regain possession of the parcel.
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please email us at orders@daringdiva.com.au with your order number and we will raise an investigation and/or claim with Australia Post which can take up to 4 weeks to confirm and process the claim. If you received your goods damaged please include photos in your email to support your claim.
In accordance with Australian export regulations Daring Diva is required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable “merchandise”. We are also prohibited by law from identifying an order as a “gift” for export purposes, even if a customer has placed the order with the intention of delivery to a gift recipient.
All international purchases are exempt from Australian GST (10%); however, they do not include any taxes or duties that may be applied by customs at the destination country and any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the delivery recipient.
For New Zealand customers, customs charges may be payable when the value of the goods exceeds NZ$225. For information on what you may need to pay customs please check https://www.whatsmyduty.org.nz/
In the event you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for an exchange, credit or refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
Sale items are only eligible for an exchange or credit. Credits are valid for 12 months and will be issued less the shipping fees.
Customers are responsible for the shipping fees associated with returned items and exchange orders delivered to your nominated address.
Returned items must be new, unused, undamaged and tag must be in place. *** IMPORTANT *** Any items returned with offensive body odour, perfume/deodorant, hair, pet hair or stains will be returned to you at your expense and you will not receive a refund, exchange or credit.

Processing Time All returns are processed within 1-3 working days from the date the item is received.
Proof of Return Once you have posted the item/s to us we require you to provide proof of your return and a tracking number to returns@daringdiva.com.au.
Faulty Items Policy
Minor Faults: items that have minor faults, such that does not take away from the main purpose of the item, may be returned for repair, exchange or credit only.
Major Faults:items that have major faults, such that does take away from the main purpose of the item, may be returned for a refund, exchange or credit.
Faults must be reported within 7 days from purchase.
Contact us immediately at returns@daringdiva.com.au you must include your full name, order number, a description of the fault and photographs of the issue.
Returned faulty items undergo a professional assessment and Daring Diva reserves the right to reject your claim if we deem the fault was caused by misuse or purposeful damage to the item.
