Can I change/cancel my order?
No, once you place your order in our system and we issue you with an order confirmation orders cannot be cancelled or changed.

How long do orders take to process and deliver?

We ship world wide. All orders are shipped within 24 hours, not including weekends, public holidays or Pre-Order items. 

Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email notification with tracking details and a link to follow up on your delivery. 

How do I know what size I am?
Please refer to our size guide to assist you with measurements and sizes. If you would like further assistance please contact us via our live chat and one of our friendly staff will assist you with your enquiry.

Do you re-stock sold out items?

Unfortunately no. We purchase small quantities of each style to ensure quick rotation of stock and new styles arriving in store regularly. 

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, PayPal, AfterPay, Zip Pay, LayBuys, Apple Pay, ShopPay. You don't need a PayPal account to make a payment with PayPal.

How secure is your website and my personal information?
Our website uses a SSL protected server which means your personal and sensitive information is protected at all times. We do not use cookies to track your activity on our website.

What happens if I place an order and the item/s are no longer available?
If an item you order is no longer available and you've paid for your order we will notify you immediately via email and refund you in full within 24 hours.

What do I do if there is a system problem and I can't place my order?
Please contact us via our live chat on our website with any issues you experience whilst placing an order, and we will do our best to rectify the issue quickly.
