In the event you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for an exchange, credit or refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
Sale items are only eligible for an exchange or credit. Credits are valid for 12 months and will be issued less the shipping fees.
Customers are responsible for the shipping fees associated with returned items and exchange orders delivered to your nominated address.
Returned items must be new, unused, undamaged and tag must be in place.
*** IMPORTANT *** Any items returned with offensive body odour, perfume/deodorant, hair, pet hair or stains will be returned to you at your expense and you will not receive a refund, exchange or credit.

All returns are processed within 1-3 working days from the date the item is received.
Proof of Return
Once you have posted the item/s to us we require you to provide proof of your return and a tracking number to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Faulty Items Policy
Minor Faults: items that have minor faults, such that does not take away from the main purpose of the item, may be returned for repair, exchange or credit only.
Major Faults: items that have major faults, such that does take away from the main purpose of the item, may be returned for a refund, exchange or credit.
Faults must be reported within 30 days from purchase.
Contact us immediately at email@example.com you must include your full name, order number, a description of the fault and photographs of the issue.
Returned faulty items undergo a professional assessment and Daring Diva reserves the right to reject your claim if we deem the fault was caused by misuse or purposeful damage to the item.
